Habitat Homeowner, Named Head Start of Washington County Parent of the Year

Eva Gillard received the 2020 Parent of the Year for Head Start of Washington County, Inc.. Eva has three children in the program, works full-time as a Programs Administrator and helped build her own home. She is also dedicated to her children’s needs and education and to providing a stable and loving home. Congrats again Eva! You deserve recognition for all your hard work!
